Accessibility statement
Kartickets is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, which is the basis of the Israeli accessibility standard (IS 5568). We check the site for accessibility as we build it and fix the issues we find.
What we've done
The site is built with semantic HTML and works with a keyboard and with screen readers. It is fully available in Hebrew (right-to-left) and English, text resizes without breaking the layout, form fields have labels, images have text alternatives, and we aim for sufficient colour contrast throughout.
Known limitations
A few parts of the flow rely on third parties we don't fully control — the seat-map picker and the payment page. We choose accessible providers and keep checking them. If you reach a barrier anywhere on the site, please tell us: we'll help you finish what you were doing and work to fix it.
Getting help or reporting a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, email support@kartickets.com with the page and a short description of the problem. We'll reply, and in the meantime we'll do our best to give you the information or complete the booking another way.
