Who we are

Kartickets (kartickets.com) is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME — FILL IN], a limited liability company registered in the United States. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site to buy tickets or, as an organizer, to sell them.

What Kartickets does

Kartickets is a ticketing platform. Event organizers use it to sell tickets to their own events. When you buy a ticket, the organizer is the seller of the ticket and is responsible for the event itself: the line-up, the venue, the date and what happens there. Kartickets provides the ticketing service — the event page, the checkout, delivery of the tickets and scanning at the door.

Buying tickets

To buy tickets you enter your full name, email address and mobile number. You must be able to receive email or SMS at the details you give, because that is how we send your ticket link.

Payment is processed by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. Tickets are held for you for 15 minutes while you pay; if the payment is not completed in that time, the tickets are released. An order is complete only when the payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT where it applies. Buyers pay only the ticket price — there is no booking fee.

Your tickets

Each ticket has a unique QR code that admits one person, once. Keep your ticket link private: anyone who has the link or the QR code can use the ticket. If you lose the link, use the “Lost your tickets?” page and we will resend it to the email address or mobile number from your order.

Tickets are for personal use. Reselling them above face value, or using them for commercial purposes without the organizer's consent, is not allowed.

Refunds, cancellations and changes

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms. In short: you can cancel your order yourself for a full refund until the event's cancellation cutoff (by default 7 days before the event); if the event is cancelled you receive a full refund; if the event is rescheduled your tickets stay valid for the new date, and you may cancel within the cancellation window.

Entry to the event

Entry is subject to the rules of the venue and the organizer (age limits, security checks, prohibited items). A ticket that has already been scanned will not admit another person. Organizers may refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour endangers others; no refund is due in that case.

Organizers

Organizers receive a login from us and agree to sell tickets only to events they are entitled to sell, to describe their events accurately, to hold each event as described or cancel it and refund the buyers, and to comply with the law.

Kartickets charges organizers a platform fee that is agreed with each organizer and deducted from the payout. Payouts are made after the event, less the platform fee and the card-processing costs.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the site available and to deliver tickets reliably. We are not responsible for the event itself, for the acts of an organizer, or for losses that are not caused by our own fault. Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its date.
