Refund & cancellation policy
The rules below are exactly what the system does — there is no small print.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Cancelling your order
Whether you can cancel your own order for a change of mind depends on where the event takes place — shown on the event page and at checkout.
For events in Israel: you can cancel within 14 days of buying, as long as it is at least 7 days before the event. You get the price back less a cancellation fee — the lower of 5% of the order or ₪100.
For events in the United Kingdom and the United States: tickets are non-refundable; all sales are final.
To cancel (where allowed), log in to your account with the email you bought with (we email you a code), open the event and press “Cancel order & get a refund”. Cancellation applies to the whole order — all the tickets in it that you still have. Once a ticket from the order has been used at the door, the order can't be cancelled.
When you can't cancel yourself
When self-service cancellation isn't available — after the window, or for events where all sales are final — the organizer may still refund you at their discretion. Contact the organizer, or write to us at support@kartickets.com and we will pass your request on. If the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, that is always a full refund (for a reschedule, your tickets stay valid for the new date instead).
Selling on the Fan-to-Fan Exchange
If the organizer turns on the Fan-to-Fan Exchange and the event sells out, you can offer your tickets to other fans from your tickets page — this works even after the cancellation cutoff, until doors open. Tickets are sold in the order they were listed, at the event's resale price. When one of your tickets sells, its barcode stops working and you get back what you paid for it minus a 10% exchange fee, to the card you paid with. Tickets that haven't sold by the time doors open stay yours and work as normal. Only tickets you bought yourself from the organizer can be offered (not tickets someone sent you, and not tickets bought on the exchange). Tickets bought on the exchange can't be cancelled for a refund.
If the event is cancelled
If the organizer cancels the event, every ticket holder is refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to do anything; you receive an email and an SMS confirming the refund.
If the event is rescheduled
If the event moves to a new date, your tickets stay valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, you can cancel for a full refund from your account, within the cancellation window counted from the new date.
How refunds are paid
Refunds always go back to the card you paid with; we cannot refund to a different card or in cash. We issue the refund immediately, and it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The full amount you paid is refunded — there is no cancellation fee.
